How are the units supplied

All the units are supplied completely rigid, unless for access and practical reasons they are supplied flat packed

This means that they are fully assembled with door and drawer fronts attached.

How are the cabinets made?

They are made from18mm thick egger mfc and constructed using the superior glued and dowel method. Full details of constructions can be found on our quality page – click here

What does the ‘handing’ refer to?

Units:
If an option for choosing LH or RH is available, selecting LH (left hand) means the door will be hinged on and open to the left. RH (right hand) means it will be hinged on the right and open to the right.

Sinks:
If an option for choosing LH or RH is available, selecting LH (left hand) means the drainer or smaller bowl will be on the left side as you are using/facing the sink. RH (right hand) means it will be on the right. If there is no option available it means that the sink is reversible and will can be fitted either way.

What fittings are the units supplied with?

All the units come complete with legs, doors, plinth clips, hanging brackets, support plates, hinges and support studs. They do not include plinth, pelmet, cornice, panels, lights and handles, but these can be ordered on the website.

Can the units support any worktop?

The glued and dowel construction is the professional standard for quality manufacturers, meaning the units easily support heavier surfaces such as granite or corian.

What type of drawer boxes do you supply? Do they come fully fitted?

We only use the highest quality German blum tandem box drawer boxes with metal sides which are recognised as the number one choice for quality. All drawers are supplied fully fitted in the units.

Do the doors and drawers come with soft close as standard?

All doors are supplied with Blumotion soft close systems as standard.

Do you provide an installation service?

Kitchen Collection specialise in supplying high quality rigid kitchens at huge savings.Working on a supply only basis helps us achieve this.

Many of our customers replace their kitchens in conjunction with building work and utilize their builder to install the kitchen. Others are competent installers themselves or call on friends or family of the same.

I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I change it?

As all the units are made to order, once construction has started you would be liable for those items. However this process does not normally start until a couple of days after order, therefore changes during this time may be possible.

What do you do with my personal information?

Any information we receive is used solely for contacting you about your order and for delivery purposes. Your details will never be passed onto third parties.

What does Highline and Drawer line mean?

Highline is a full height door with no drawer above the door

Drawerline is a smaller door with a working drawer above

False drawerline creates the look of a drawer line door but it does not have a working drawer behind the drawer front.

What cabinet sizes are available? Can I have a size not listed on the site?

We can supply custom sizes , please just email or call with your requirements .

If there is something specific you are after which doesn’t appear on the site we may still be able to supply the item for you. Please ring or email us and we will let you know if this is possible.
