Our furniture is constructed from a very rigid type of MFC board, typically we use Egger for the supply of boards, these are recognised the world over for their quality and their wide colour range. Egger boards are so popular that the majority of the door manufacturers specify the Egger colours as a recommended colour match.
Kitchen Collection furniture is constructed from 18mm MFC throughout, this includes both the shelves and back panel of base and wall units! We do not restrict customers to a white carcass or a carcass with a grey and white fleck, you have the freedom to choose any of the available colours shown in the pricing section for your units at no extra charge.
Units are made using a "Glue & Dowelled" format, and is supplied to you the customer, rigid with the doors and drawers fitted. (Only exeption is our Express ranges that are supplied ready to assemble)
We also fit our furniture with soft closing Blum hinges and Blum drawer boxes for maximum longevity and quality.
Most importantly, we do not downgrade the furniture quality for the lower price ranges, even when purchasing our most economical range, you will receive the same high quality carcass as is used on the most expensive ranges.
The Cabinet "Carcass" can be constructed from many different colours of Board, the available carcass colours in a range can be selected in the pricing section when you are choosing the range to price:
Carcass Colour Pallet
The Full Range Of Carcass Colours:
Carcass Colour open units are constructed from the same 18mm MFC material as the furniture cabinet and will have the same finish on both the inside and outside of the units. When selecting your carcass colour it is important to take this into account as the carcass colour you choose for open units will be visible once installed.
Our units ranges feature very high quality Blum integrated soft closing hinges for the doors, and soft closing Blum drawer boxes as standard, there are no extra charges for this, we supply them with each and every kitchen.
The drawer boxes feature a solid 16mm base and back panel in a light grey finish as standard, and pan drawers are supplied with the optional Gallery Rail side supports free of charge should you wish to fit them.

This is the most asked question when customers are considering buying a gloss range, and the method of manufacture is very different.
Vinyl Doors:
Vinyl doors are created first by manufacturing a shaped board in the shape of the finished door, these are called blanks. The blank is then coated with glue and the vinyl covering for the door is effectively sucked over the top of it. This creates a releatively inexpensive method of producing both gloss and matt finish ranges. Vinyl doors can be more susceptible to damage from intense heat and mositure than their lacquered counterparts.
Lacquered Doors:
Lacquered doors are again created first by manufacturing a shaped board in the shape of the finished door. In the case of a spray and lacquer door (like the Strada, Remo, and Monza ranges for example) the blank doors are spray painted in the choosen colour, and one dry, they are sealed by spraying again with either a matt or gloss finish lacquer. Lacquer doors tend to be more resilliant to heat and moisture than their Vinyl counterparts
On the whole the lacquered products are preferred by most customers for their duribillity, and high quality of finish.
Yes we do! Should you wish to have someone paint or stain your kitchen to your exact requirements, or if you would like the satisfaction of hand finishing your furniture yourself, we do offer many ranges in a "Sanded" finish.
These ranges doors and accessories are supplied in a raw sanded state ready for you to apply your preffered stain, paint colour, or wax to them!
Yes! For a small charge, there are several ranges that we can offer a custom painting service on, these can be colour matched to the, RAL, BS, Farrow & Ball or Dulux colour of your choice to obtain your perfect colour and put your stamp on your kitchen!
Please check the specification of the range you are interested in to see if this option is available.
If the range you are interested in is available, upon order, a custom painted swatch will be manufactured by the door manufacturer and sent out to you for approval and signing of, once this is done your custom doors can be put into production. Please allow an additional 10-14 days on top of the standard lead time for the manufacture and delivery of your custom paint swatch.
Sample doors can be ordered by selecting your chosen range and clicking the "Order Sample" button located on the right of the page as shown here:
Our units are made from a very rigid 18mm MFC board (this includes the back panels) and all of our base units are suitable for use with Granite, Quartz, Corian, Timber and Natural Stone.
The "L" Corner base units are one of the very few units to have metal cam and dowel fixings rather than being "glued and doweled". We deliberately manufacturer "L" corners this was simply due to their size, at 900x900x720mm customers can on coccasion have trouble getting these through doorways etc.
The metal cam and dowl fixings on this type of unit means that they can be quickly dismantled if required to get the unit into a property, or through a narrow door way should the need arise
As all of our furntiure is made to order, with each and every unit being made for your project, as such we can in most cases make custom units if required with a full kitchen order, if it is physically possible to manufacture and construct it, we will make it.
Should you need custom units, please do contact us with your requirements for pricing.
Should you need to modify a unit on site, or if your fitter has requested for a unit to be sent flat packed, we can supply units in a flat packed format with metal cam and dowl fixings.
To have items supplied in a flat packed format, simply contact us with your order number once you have placed your order, and specify which unit you require in a flat packed format, we can then alter your order accordingly.
It is possible to modfy most units from the standard configuration, if you have a specific alteration in mind, the most common of these is a change in depth or a different configuration of doors on an oven housing for example.
Should you need a unit altering, please contact us with your requirements.
Yes, once you have all of the items you require for your project in your shopping basket, simple click on your shopping basket and then select " Save Basket As Quote", you can then revisit, revise or place an order from your quotation at a later date:
In most cases for the best possible finish, the answer is yes.
We only ever use the door manufacturers genuine accessories such as panels, cornice, pelmet and plinth. This gives you the best possible fit and finish for your kitchen.
As a general rule, end panels should be used anywhere where the side of a unit is going to be visible. All of the end panels we supply are "Plant On" panels and should be fixed to the outside of the unit, this gives the best finish for your new kitchen
Using a plant on end panel will mean that you can then run these down to the floor for the neatest possible plinth stop on base units, you can bring the panel in line with the front of the door (i.e. you don’t see a gap between door and carcass at the side), and using plant on end panels is far better than using replacement gables as you don’t end up with a mismatch in interior colour inside the unit when open.
This is how a unit looks when using a plant on panel:
This is how a unit looks if you use a replacement gable end:
Highline is a full height door with no drawer above the door:
Drawerline is a smaller door with a working drawer above:
False drawerline creates the look of a drawer line door but it does not have a working drawer behind the drawer front.
As all the units are made to order for each customer, once construction has started you would be liable for those items. However this process does not normally start until a couple of days after order, therefore changes during this time may well be possible.
If an option for choosing LH or RH is available, selecting LH (left hand) means the door will be hinged on and open to the left. RH (right hand) means it will be hinged on the right and open to the right.

Should you not be able to find a specific unit or item you are looking for on the web site, please call us and we can guide to where you need to be via the telephone.
We are happy to double check that you have not missed anything obvious you will need for your project, and are happy to advise. Whilst we can help you estimate quantities of items like plinth and cornice, we cannot allow for how a fitter will cut or use an item on site so please note that we would always recommend you check your furniture and accessories list with your fitter before making a purchase to ensure that you have all the furniture, and materials required for your project.
Placing an order is simple, just add the units and accessories you require for your project to the shopping basket, then click the "Checkout" button in the right hand corner and follow the checkout instructions.
Once complete you are done, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice straight away, once we have processed your order, you will then receive a delivery notification to let you know when your nrw furniture is arriving.

How The Units Are Packaged
Once manufactured, the units are fitted with corner protectors, the doors are wrapped with protective cardboard and then the whole unit is cling wrapped for protection.
The Delivery
We aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible for our customers so the sstandard delivery service includes a one man delivery to the ground floor of your property.
Due to the weight of our rigid furniture, the driver will need assistance from a suitable person, to unload your order.
If this is not possible, please contact us to provide a quotation for a two man delivery to your area.
The Delivery Day
Our deliveries are carried out between 9.00 in the morning, and 5.00 in the evening, please ensure there is someone at your property between these times and we will try and narrow your delivery down to a morning or afternoon for you the day before if it’s possible to do so.
The Delivery Vehicles
We use only long wheelbase Mercedes Sprinter style vans or 7.5 Ton Luton style vehicles for delivery rather than larger articulated vehicles, so delivery to most properties and areas is not a problem. Should you have a width restriction, or other obstruction that would prevent a delivery vehicle getting to your property taking place, please call us to discuss.
A kitchen order can be placed via our web site using a Debit or Credit Card on our secure ordering system, please note we do not charge customers any extra if they wish to use a credit card.
Payments can also be made via Cheque and by BACS payment should you wish, please contact us for further details.
Yes! Once you have received your Kitchen Collection order we do welcome customer feedback, we may also from time to time send customers a review request as we strive to constantly improve our products and services.
If you do have any comments you think would help improve our products or service once you have your order, please do email them to us, they are all gratefully received.
Our units are supplied fully rigid with the doors and drawers fitted, some customers do install furniture themselves, however kitchen fitting is not recommended for novice or DIY installation, we would always recommend having a qualified kitchen fitter or carpenter install your new furniture to achieve the best possible fit and finish.
Whilst many customers do fit their own furniture, it is not recommended that customers attempt a DIY installation unless they have experience in fitting kitchens previously, or are confident in their own abillity to install the furniture to a high standard.
All of our furniture is Quality Controlled to the highest standards before delivery to ensure that you receive the best quality and finish furniture possible.
Full kitchen orders are delivered on a factory vehicle, by a factory driver who are directly responsible for their loads, they are very carefull with your furniture and are used to dealing with transporting furniture.
In the rare event that something arrives either damaged or missing, we give all customers a period of seven days from the point of delivery to report any damaged or missing items they have.
For a damaged item, we simply ask for a photograph of the damaged item, this will then be reviewed and once a replacement has been agreed, a replacement item will be put into production for delivery to you as quickly as is physically possible.
Please note that should you have a damaged unit carcass, a replacement panel, or if necessary, a complete new carcass, will be sent to you in a ready to assemble format via carrier.
Two man deliveries to a ground floor location are available for all customers should they wish, two man deliveries are priced on request, if you would like a two man delivery please contact us for a quotation to your post code.
